The star turned 19 years old today — that’s November 23. In fact, MC tweeted out hours before her birthday to Rock Mafia that she just can’t wait until 11:23 on 11/23. Maybe that’s when she’s going to be make a big wish?? In the past few years, Miley has been known to throw some pretty cool celebrations for her birthdays, including closing down Disneyland for friends on her Sweet Sixteen, throwing a 80s rocker themed bash for the 1-7 and just last year, for her entry into adulthood at 18, the celeb partied at a club. And from what we hear from Twist Magazine, Kelly Osbourne helped plan the party and it’s set to be intimate but still the sickest thing she’s ever seen in her life. We’re definitely hoping that Miley has a fabulous birthday this year for her 19th, and we’d love for you to leave your birthday wish below in the comments section.
